Can I bring a guest?

We kindly ask that you attend as the guest named on your invitation’s envelope, as we are keeping our celebration intimate.

Are kids welcome?

For our special day, we’ve decided to keep our wedding adults only, so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be held outdoors at the Penn Museum’s Stoner Courtyard. The reception will take place in the greenhouse of Osteria.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for the day is Garden Party Formal. Think bright colors, fun patterns or florals, floor length or ankle length dresses, light colored suits. Please refrain from wearing black or white.

When to arrive by?

Ceremony:

Guest should begin to arrive at 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Anyone who arrives after the ceremony has begun will not be permitted into the space.

Reception:

Guest will be permitted to enter at 5:00pm.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our photographers are able to do their best work in capturing our big day. We kindly ask you to respect our wishes and keep personal cameras and cell phones tucked away until after the ceremony.

A camcorder will be passed around throughout the day for guest to have a chance to help capture the day through their eyes.

When to RSVP by?

If you will be joining us please RSVP by June 01, 2026.

Is there an open bar?

There will be an open bar for 3 hours, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Anytime after guest are welcome to go to the bar to order their own drinks.
